DELIVERY & RETURNS
At Webbline we offer a quick, safe, and affordable delivery of your order from our warehouse to your choice of destination. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, check out our Returns of Goods Policy to find out what to do next. Currently, all single items or boxes under 25kg are delivered by New Zealand Couriers, and single items over 25kg will be delivered by Mainstream. Please note that Webbline only ships orders to mainland New Zealand destinations and does not offer delivery to offshore islands. For heavy or bulky items, we do offer a pick-up option from any of our four branches, or they will be delivered by our road freight provider Mainstream, to their nearest freight depot. Currently we are unable to provide a freight charge for items over 25kg, but please get in contact and we will be happy to provide you with a price to get your item delivered.
If your order has been placed before 3pm on a normal business day, we aim to dispatch it on the next working day. You will receive tracking information in your confirmation email.
All single orders under 25kg are delivered overnight to the urban areas, but please note that any deliveries to rural addresses may take longer. For rural customers, if you need your order delivered overnight New Zealand Couriers have Drop Off locations which your parcel can be delivered too.
For a list of locations please check here NZC Drop Off locations. For single items over 25kg they will be delivered our freight provider Mainstream, and we aim to have the item to you within three business days.
Shipping costs will be calculated at check-out, before you confirm your order and proceed with payment.
Our delivery option is available within New Zealand to physical residential or commercial addresses only. Our couriers cannot deliver to PO Box addresses as to ensure your product arrives safely we need a proof of delivery.
For delivery to any commercial address, please supply the name of the business in the delivery address details of your order. Some couriers are not able to deliver to a commercial address if the business name is not supplied.
Delivery charges within mainland North Island and South Island will be calculated for your order and shown as a separate charge before you choose to enter your payment details and send the order to be processed. Delivery will be by courier or by any delivery service as chosen by Webbline.
Click & Collect
There is no charge for our Click & Collect service. However sometimes the product you have ordered will need to be transferred to your selected store. Please allow 3-5 days for this to occur.
Once your Click and Collect order is ready you will be sent a ‘Ready for Collection’ email. This message will give you instructions for where to go in store to collect your order.
You will need to present photo ID to collect your items, such as a New Zealand driver’s license, Passport, 18+ card, Photo Credit Card.
Please note you will have 14 days to collect the goods once they are available before an automated refund process. If you need an extension to this time allowance, please contact the store directly.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT GOODS
If an incorrect item was dispatched from Webbline, please contact our Customer Services Team on 0800 932 254 as soon as possible.
- Please note that to ensure a hassle-free return process, the incorrect item must be unopened. There is no cost for returning parts if they were incorrectly shipped by Webbline.
- If the item was incorrectly ordered, please refer to “Returns & Exchanges” section
- If a problem occurs with a product purchased, within three months of purchase, please get in contact with our Customer Services Team on 0800 932 254, to lodge a parts warranty claim.
- Any claims for missing or damaged parts must be made within 48 hours of receipt of delivery.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
Services Team on 0800 932 254, as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that it will be possible to cancel your order as it may have already been dispatched.
If we are able to cancel your order prior to dispatch, we will refund to your original payment method where possible, less any costs incurred.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are happy to exchange or refund products within 14 days of the delivery date provided that the product is returned with a valid invoice or delivery docket, and;
- is unopened and unused,
- in original condition and packaging,
- includes all accessories,
- is not a customised item, and/or
- is approved in writing by Webbline.

Webbline may (in its discretion) accept the return of Goods for credit but this may incur a handling fee up to 20% of the value of the returned Goods plus any freight. This credit will be issued once the returned Goods have been checked for their suitability for resale.
