SIP Spider Trailed Tedders
The king of Tedders! These SIP Spider tedders are very solidly built but also built with the aim of creating the most consistent spread pattern. Working widths from 9m to 15m and both trailed and linkage options, these tedders can be easily suited for the larger operator depending on tractor and job sizes.
The SIP Spider Heavy Duty Trailed Tedders have their driveline fitted separate to the chassis. All rotor are made to individually follow the ground contour which in combination with the small diameter rotors enable excellent tedding abilities in all working conditions.
Optional hydraulic rotor angle adjustment make these tedders quick and hassle-free to operate when spreading silage or straw.

SIP Tedder Spread Pattern
Innovative small rotor geometry with spring tine arms and different shank lengths significantly improve the crop flow. All of this helps to achieve higher working rates and an improved spread pattern; it also ensures that the crop is turned cleanly.
Robust Round Tine Arms
During work, spinning tedder tine arms are subject to high force as they pick up and throw the silage. SIP Tedder arms are manufactured from high resistant round tubes and are bolted to the rotor plate to allow further reinforcing.
Five Coil Spring Tines
Having five coil tine arms greatly reduces the chance of tines breaking during work and going through your harvester, damaging expensive parts. They offer greater flexibility, better response to difficult working conditions. Different shank lengths of spring tines for a clean pick up and protection against the loss of broken spring tines.
Digi Drive Finger Clutch
Finger clutch on each hinge reduces the maintenance requirements, and offers smooth and quiet running while reducing the loads at the bearings.
Robust Rotors
The spinning rotor with spring tine arms is subjected to high force when turning, therefore the arms are manufactured from high resistant rounded tubes. They are bolted to the rotor plate and are further reinforced by additional ring from below.
Rotor Incline Angle Adjustment
Adjustment of rotor inclination angle (SIP patent) from 15° to 21° (optional – hydraulic adjustment) for even spreading of forage.
