What products can I buy online?

Currently only Spray Pumps, and Pump Service Kits and Spray Accessories are available to purchase online. We are looking to add more products to our online shop. However in the short term if you wish to talk to someone about purchasing product that is showcased, but not listed in our shop please Contact Us or call 0800 932 254.

What is the difference between the 'Add to Cart' and 'Inquire Now' buttons on your product pages?

If a product has ‘Add to Cart‘ next to it, that means it is available to purchase direct from Webbline through the website. The ‘Inquire Now‘ button will show on products that are currently available for sale, but not available for purchase via our website. If you click this button it will prompt you to complete an online form, that once submitted will be received by a Webbline Sales team member who will contact you directly.

Can I pay by internet banking?

No sorry. Currently we only offer Visa or Mastercard payment options.

What payment options to you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, such as AMEX, Mastercard and Visa.

Is this a secure website?

Yes, our website is a secure site and holds a current Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificate. This certificate indicates that any data shared between your browser and the website server is encrypted for security and privacy purposes. You can check this by looking at the website URL – it should begin with ‘https’ rather than ‘http’ which indicates the use of the SSL. Please also note that while we strive for robust security, remember that no online data transmission or storage method is entirely secure. We use commercially reasonable means to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

How do I know my credit details are secure when shopping online?

The Webbline store uses Stripe to process online order payments. Stripe uses best-in-class security practices to maintain a high level of security. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. This audit includes both Stripe’s Card Data Vault (CDV) and the secure software development of its integration code.

Where are my orders products shipped from?

We ship primarily from Ashburton branch, but depending on stock availability we may fulfil your order from another Webbline location.

Can I cancel my order? Do you allow refunds for change of mind?

If you wish to cancel your order you will need to contact the Webbline Customer Services Team on 0800 932 254, as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that it will be possible to cancel your order as it may have already been dispatched.  For more information visit our Returns & Shipping page.

What is your Returns Policy?

We are happy to exchange or refund products within 14 days of delivery date provided that the product is returned with a valid invoice or delivery docket, and;
is unopened and unused, in original condition and packaging, includes all accessories, is not a customised item.

What happens if I don't receive an order confirmation email?

An order confirmation email is sent with each order processed. If you have completed an order and not received an order confirmation please check your Junk mail or Filtered Inbox. If you are still unable to locate your order confirmation please email [email protected]  for support.

What is PCI?

The Payment Card Industry has a security standard for businesses who accept credit cards that covers how to handle the data. It’s called the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) and it sets the minimum standard for website payment security.

Are you PCI Compliant?

The Webbline store is powered by Stripe. All customer information is encrypted and securely stored on Stripe’s PCI compliant servers.

Why are no freight options shown?

New Zealand Couriers (our courier & logistics partner) have a weight limit of 25 kilograms per parcel. If you have multiple items in your cart, a simple solution could be splitting your items over multiple orders. In many cases a lot of the items under the Spray Pump category exceed this weight limit. For the items which exceed the 25 kilogram limit, Webbline offers a “Click & Collect” option from your nearest branch, or we can quote road freight options. Please get in contact if you would like a quote for delivery options. 

My payment method has timed out, what can I do?

Please get in contact with us, and we can send through a link to faciliate payment.

I am having trouble ordering, what can I do?

Please give us a call, and we can place a manual order on your behalf.

Can I charge items to my Webbline customer account?

Items purchased via the online shop must be paid for with a credit or debit card at time of purchase.
