The Comet IDS 2001 is a semi-hydraulic 4-diaphragm high-pressure spray pump delivering up to 185 L/min at 50 bar. Designed for the commercial operator, it is ideal for large trailing or self-propelled sprayers where higher pressures are needed for handgun work and intensive crop protection. With a 6-spline 1″ 3/8 PTO shaft, maximum speed of 550 RPM and a required 23 HP, it pairs well with tractors commonly used on orchard, vineyard and horticultural sprayers.
Brass heads and external brass manifolds provide excellent corrosion resistance, supported by a large capacity oil bath crankcase to help extend pump life in demanding conditions. The 4 NBR diaphragms handle a wide range of agricultural and horticultural spray mixes, while the integrated 50 bar safety valve, self-priming performance and good dry-running capability make the IDS 2001 a strong choice for professional operators needing reliable high-pressure performance across orchards, vineyards, trees, vegetables and other intensive crops.
