Recently delivered to a large contracting customer in mid-Canterbury, this Bergmann 510K Loader Wagon is the largest to come out of the German manufacturer.
Bergmann is renowned for excellence, and the Shuttle 510K is a flagship machine and has a capacity of 51m3 which, under medium compression, increases to almost 92m3.
The 510K has a payload of more than 21 tonne and a gross vehicle weight of 34 tonne when at capacity, sitting on a tridem axle set with hydraulic axle balance for superior driving comfort in all conditions.
The 2270 mm wide pick-up with double swath roller facilitates a clean crop intake. The Shuttle is equipped with an 1840 mm wide rotor that has a theoretical cut length of 34mm. The robust steel scraper floor is fitted with four heavy-duty chains and has been lowered by 275 m at the front for a better crop flow and lower power demand. The Shuttle has a movable front wall to increase the load volume and a forage loading flap for use as forage transport trailer as standard equipment.
