Webbline Bale Wrap incorporates high puncture and tear resistance properties with 70% stretch rating and superior tack structure to give you an airtight bale and reduced tails in all weather conditions. High UV stability makes the Webbline Bale Wrap ideal for New Zealand conditions offering protection and peace of mind that your bales are safe and secure.
Webbline Supercover Netwrap is UV stabilised, providing full edge-to-edge coverage, and is suitable for baleage and straw.
Webbline Black/White Silage Covers offer high UV stability, ideal for New Zealand conditions. It is made from 100% virgin raw materials and offers excellent perforation resistance and distortion.
Mimarap Film
Mimarap is a triple-layered film using 100% virgin raw materials to provide the toughest stretch plastic on the market. This product has been tried and proven on New Zealand farms for more than 15 years and comes with a 12-month guarantee against UV degradation. Mimarap also offers extended rolls that still have the excellent puncture resistance of the standard Mimarap while achieving 20 percent more bales per roll.
Net Replacement Film (NRF) is the latest significant development in the production of quality baleage. Its elasticity and strength hold the bale together better than using netwrap, which is an important factor in the production of quality baleage.
Rani
RaniWrap is an advanced bale wrap designed to safeguard the nutritional value and quality of forage crops. Its unique oxygen barrier technology effectively reduces the risk of spoilage, mould growth and nutrient degradation making it more valuable for livestock feeding. UV stabilisation ensures its longevity, even when exposed to the harsh New Zealand conditions. RaniWrap Xtra Easy Pack offers longer roll lengths, which is a great benefit to contractors and large-scale farmers as more bales can be wrapped per roll, which means fewer roll changes, leading to a higher hourly throughput.
RaniBind is a high-performance net replacement film (NRF) designed to complement the RaniWrap by providing secure and uniform coverage for bales, ensuring their structural integrity and protection from the elements. As RaniBind is made from the same material as the Rani bale wrap, there is no need to separate out the two materials when it comes time for recycling, leading to a large time saving for the farmer.
RaniSil02 Green/Grey Silage Covers are 100x more efficient at keeping out oxygen compared to regular polythene film covers, ensuring optimal preservation conditions. The unique design of the RaniSil02 silage cover combines the benefits of a combination cover into a single product, and is the thickest Oxygen Barrier silage cover currently available on the market. By using a single product, the silage stack is easier to cover, while still maintaining the oxygen barrier which is required for effective silage preservation.
